The Webinar sessions are designed in a way not to overlap with the contents in the Courses or the questions raised in the Forum. In every webinar, we will publish the questions in advance that will be discussed. We will be explaining the question, analyzing it, explaining the related provisions, solving it and clearing related doubts in the webinar.
Paper 2 of the Patent Agent Examination contains situation-based questions which will require application of provisions of the Patents Act, 1970 and the Patents Rules, 2003. The questions may either pertain to an advice or a drafting exercise.
The questions on advice may pertain to drafting a strategy note, a response to objections raised in FER, a statement in reply, an advisory note for a client or similar written exercises. The drafting exercises may pertain to drafting parts of a patent specification like the title, abstract, claims etc or drafting provisional or complete specifications.
LexCampus webinars are created with the objective of gaining proficiency for solving Paper 2 of the Patent Agent Examination.
