  Suppose I file a provisional application on 1.1.2010 and file a subsequent complete on 1.10.2010 and some how I don’t wish my provisional to not to get published,can I ask the controller to cancel the provisional and post date my application to the date of complete specification?

  Provisional application is not published. Only the complete application get published. So, no need to write to controller that not to publish provisional.
