  1. Suppose we are referring rules, then what should we write…? according to Patent (Amendment) Rules 2019…or some other year…
  2. Suppose we are referring sections, then what should we write…according to Patent Act 1970 or Patent (Amendment) Act 2005…

  Please see the title of the Act and the Rules in our bare act you will get the answer. The current Act is the Patents Act 1970 (as finally amended in 2005) and the current Rules is Patents Rules 2003 (as finally amended in 2019). Only the main Act and the Rules are cited. Not the amendments.
