      1. In the sections of the bare act, in some sections like section 11A(1), in the preamble, it is written: “save as otherwise provided”.
      2. On the other hand, in section 6(1) or section 57(1), in the preamble subject to the provisions of section … is written.
      3. In another case, section 72(1) starts with “subject to the provisions contained in this Act and any rules made thereunder”.
      4. Section 73(3) starts with “subject to the provisions of this Act”.
      5. Section 69(2) starts with “without prejudice to the provisions of …..”.                                                                                                            I want to know how to remember which section starts with which specific preamble. Please suggest any easy technique to remember these preambles.
